Bishop Vaughan Represented at Pupil Voice Manifesto Event!

On Thursday 7th July, our Head Prefects were invited to deliver a Pupil Voice Manifesto to councillors at the Guildhall in Swansea. This historical event, the first of its kind, was an important opportunity for young people across Swansea to put forward their ideas on what matters to them, and how Swansea Council could support positive change. Lauren Powell and Lloyd Thomas spoke eloquently about the issues that councillors might consider, and were then invited into the Council Chambers to hear from the councillors themselves. All members present were keen to congratulate the pupils involved, and thank them for the very important work they are doing in their schools and communities.

We are extremely proud of Lauren and Lloyd for their contributions, and we look forward to hearing about how the Council will take their ideas forward.
