PERFORMING ARTS
Welcome to the Performing Arts Department!
Music and Performing Arts are at the heart of the Bishop Vaughan community. The department offers opportunities for all pupils to learn instruments, take part in concerts and shows and develop as creative, curious, active and eloquent individuals. Pupils will be given opportunities to develop skills in music, acting and movement. Many of the skills developed in Performing Arts are transferable, and are there to build confidence and self-esteem, as well as being a chance to develop new creative skills and knowledge which you wouldn't get the chance to access in other subjects. We offer a number of extra curricular activities throughout the year for various events, both in school and externally.
