BISHOP VAUGHAN

Work is continuing within our cluster on promoting the Catholic Pupil Profile and improving transition links. This is taking place through a number of different learning experiences. These hve included: directing and recording short videos on the paired virtues, Philosophy 4 Children (P4C) sessions for identified learners, writing and delivering whole school assemblies (St Joseph's, Clydach), creative lessons and promoting and supporting the work of CAFOD (St Davids).

After the massive success of last year's production project of 'Joseph and His Amazing Technicoloured Dreamcoat’, we were delighted to be joined by three of our feeder schools in this year’s production of ‘Honk'.

As part of Key Stage 2's STEM Techniquest Science project, teachers from our cluster of schools have been attending days at Bishop Vaughan and then leading investigations with pupils in their own schools. Feedback has been excellent so far.
